We've designed this policy to protect both our learners and our ability to maintain program quality. Most refund requests are processed within the timeframes outlined below, though some situations may require additional review.

When You're Eligible for a Refund

1 Early Withdrawal

You may request a full refund if you withdraw before the program start date or within the first seven days of program commencement.

2 Technical Issues

If persistent technical problems prevent you from accessing course materials, and our support team cannot resolve them within 14 days, you qualify for a prorated refund.

  • Issues lasting beyond resolution period
  • Platform unavailability exceeding 72 hours

3 Program Cancellation

In the rare event that we cancel or significantly alter a program, you'll receive a full refund regardless of how far into the program you are.

  • Location or format changes not agreed upon

Full Refund

Pre-Start Withdrawal

Marcus enrolled in our Financial Stability Fundamentals program scheduled to begin in September 2025 but accepted a job requiring immediate relocation. He submitted his withdrawal request in August, two weeks before the start date. Since he hadn't accessed any materials and the program hadn't begun, Marcus received a complete refund within 10 business days.

Partial Refund

Mid-Program Exit

Elena completed three months of a six-month certification program before experiencing a family emergency that required her full attention. She requested a refund for the remaining three months. After reviewing her progress and circumstances, we approved a prorated refund of 45% of her total program fee, accounting for resources already consumed.

Technical Issue

Platform Access Problems

Vikram experienced persistent login issues during his first two weeks in the program. Despite multiple support tickets and troubleshooting sessions, the problems weren't resolved until week three due to a compatibility issue with his company's network security. We issued a partial refund covering the two-week period he couldn't access materials.

Payment Plan Refunds

  • Calculation: Based on payments made
  • Future Payments: Automatically cancelled
  • Prorated Amount: Adjusted for usage
  • Processing: Same as original method

! Important Limitations

  • Refunds are not available after you've completed more than 60% of program content or downloaded the majority of course materials.
  • Promotional discounts and special offers may have different refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
  • One-on-one consulting sessions are non-refundable once scheduled, though they can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
  • Certification exam fees paid to third-party organizations cannot be refunded by xaltriovia and are subject to those organizations' policies.
  • If you received a refund and wish to re-enroll later, you must pay the current program price, which may differ from your original enrollment cost.
  • Refund requests made more than 90 days after program completion will not be considered, regardless of circumstances.
  • Administrative fees (if applicable) may be deducted from refund amounts to cover processing costs.
